We're committed to making this website usable for everyone, including people who rely on keyboards, screen readers, or reduced-motion settings. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at AA level.
What we do
- Semantic HTML and ARIA where it adds value.
- Visible focus indicators on all interactive controls.
- Text and interactive elements sized for readability and touch use.
- Colour contrast targeted at WCAG AA.
- Full keyboard support for the booking flow, forms, dialogs and menus.
- Respect for the prefers-reduced-motion setting.
- A skip-to-content link at the top of every page.
Known limitations
Third-party embedded content (maps, video players) may not fully match our accessibility target. We test regularly and improve as we go.
