• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems, or bypass authentication or access controls.
• Send spam, harass staff, or abuse contact channels.
• Scrape content at a rate or volume that disrupts service for other users.
• Introduce malware, or interfere with other users' data, sessions or bookings.
• Reverse-engineer our platform beyond what is expressly permitted by UK law.
